Visualization of EEG Data
Working with Dr. Gerold Baier and Peter Taylor from the School of Chemical Engineering & Analytical Science located in the MIB building. Work is carried out on a 50% time basis for June--September.
The project will provide tools to visualize both simulated and clinical EEG data from patients with epilepsy. This will aid the evaluation of simulations by clinical staff and encourage collaboration in the clinical and computational domains.
Become familiar with the use of BrainStorm and its range of features.
Instruct how to use BrainStorm.
- Enable importing of simulation data in to Brainstorm.
- Visualize sim data using various features including FFT and various filters.
- Investigate use of adjacency maps to provide spacial visualization.
- Spacial mapping of the simulation data (mapping additional data from sim code on to cortex and cap models)
