What is CSF?

The CSF is a High Performance Computing (HPC) cluster built on a shared model which is expandable using research funding. Research groups procure hardware which is added to the cluster. Access is currently limited to members of research groups that have contributed.

Description of CSF

The CSF is a contribution system which means it is constantly being added to. The user documentation is updated frequently to reflect the current specification.

Software on CSF

Software includes: Amber, Code_Saturne, compilers, gaussian, matlab, mpi, R. For a full list please see the software section of the user documentation.

Usage of CSF?

The CSF is primarily a batch system. Login is via SSH. Full details available in the user documentation.
